Integrated Reaches Mid-Point Construction of the First Phase of The Shops at Quonset Project in North Kingstown, R.I.

NORTH KINGSTON, R.I.—Integrated Builders recently reached the mid-construction point of the first phase of the retail and office development of The Shops at Quonset Point in North Kingstown, R.I. As part of an $80 million master development plan, The Shops at Quonset Point is being developed by New Boston Fund. The first phase of the project consists of 200,000 square feet of space that includes 160,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space.

Integrated Builders is working on the completion of the 75,000-square-foot Outside Air Center, which includes a shell for a 25,000-square-foot Dave’s grocery store. The entire development, when completed, is expected to have a limited service hotel, a visitor’s center, local grocer, drug store, coffee shop, restaurants, a bank, small shops, and two anchor stores. The design incorporates innovative sustainable elements such as use of recycled materials, and other sustainable green strategies.

Integrated Completes 200,000-SF Office and Manufacturing Space for L-3 Communications in Ayer, Mass.

AYER, Mass.—Integrated Builders recently completed interior construction and fit-up of a 200,000-square-foot office and manufacturing facility for L-3 Communications in Ayer, Mass. L-3 Communications, which employs over 64,000 people worldwide, is a prime contractor in aircraft modernization and maintenance, C(3)ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) systems and government services. L-3 is also a leading provider of high technology products, subsystems and systems.

Integrated converted interior of a large warehouse building it into a state-of-the-art 65,000 square feet of office and 135,000 square feet of manufacturing space. L-3 consolidated several locations at their new facility, which is located at 2 Nemco Way in Ayer, In addition to interior fit-out, Integrated also installed new mechanical and electrical systems and a new compressed air and vacuum system.

Integrated Builders Awarded 20,000-SF Interior Fit-Up Contract for Vestcom International in South Easton, Mass.

SOUTH EASTON, Mass.—Integrated Builders has been awarded a 20,000-square-foot interior fit-up contract from Vestcom International Inc., a leading provider of customized shelf-edge marketing solutions to major retailers and brand manufacturers in the grocery, drug, and mass merchandising industries. Integrated Builders will build an approximately 20,000 square feet of interior space, of which warehouse will account for 15,000 square feet and the remainder 5,000 square feet will be made up of office and print room. The facility is located at Five Norfolk Avenue in South Easton, Mass. Integrated was selected for this project by Atlantic Management, which owns and manages the building.
