Safety Insurance Renewed, renovated and restacked their 104,000 square feet of space at 20 Custom House in Boston. Renovations included nine floors, lobbies, cafeteria and main reception area. The space remained occupied as Diversified managed the construction and multiple staff relocations.
Red Hat Relocated to a new 75,000 square foot out of the ground building at 314 Littleton Road in Westford, MA. The new building consists of a 12,000 square foot server room and 63,000 square feet of office space. DPM managed the design, turnkey construction and relocation.
Trumpf Constructed a new 83,000sf research and manufacturing facility in Farmington, CT. This facility will be used to further develop new lasers, expand the company’s production of laser resonators and maintain their leadership in state of the art laser technology.
